Christmas Cakes

We recommend ordering as early as possible if you need a particular cake or delivery date. Our Christmas cakes and desserts are made in limited quantities, and some products or dates may become unavailable as Christmas approaches. Current availability is shown when you order.

We are not offering a traditional fruit Christmas cake for Christmas 2026. This year, our range focuses on festive celebration cakes, summer pavlovas, chocolate desserts and traditional Italian Panforte.

We deliver cakes to approved areas across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast. Longer-distance cake deliveries to approved Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast areas use refrigerated transport. Enter the delivery address at checkout to confirm the available service and dates.

Yes. Available Brisbane pickup locations and collection dates are shown at checkout. Select your preferred option when placing your order.

Storage depends on the product. Most of our cakes and pavlovas require refrigeration, while Panforte has different storage requirements. Please follow the instructions provided on the individual product page and with your order.

Yes. Enter the recipient’s delivery details when ordering and include a gift message where that option is available. We do not include pricing paperwork with gift deliveries.

Ingredients and allergens vary between products and are listed on the individual product pages. All Dello Mano products are handmade in a shared kitchen where allergens including, but not limited to, gluten-containing cereals such as wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts and sesame are handled.

Although we take care during production, we cannot guarantee that any product is free from traces of allergens or cross-contact. Dello Mano products are therefore not suitable for people with food allergies or coeliac disease. If you or the intended recipient has a food allergy, please do not consume our products.

Products described as gluten-friendly are made without gluten-containing ingredients in the recipe, but they are prepared in our shared kitchen and are not suitable for people with coeliac disease or a gluten allergy.

Some products may be made without gluten-containing ingredients and described as gluten-friendly. However, all Dello Mano products are handmade in our shared kitchen, so they are not suitable for people with coeliac disease, a gluten allergy or any other food allergy.

We make our Christmas cakes and desserts in our Brisbane kitchen. Dello Mano was founded by Deborah and Bien Peralta in 2006, and we continue to make our cakes in small batches and finish them by hand.
