We still make every brownie by hand
We founded Dello Mano in Brisbane in 2006 and began making brownies at a time when the idea of a premium brownie gift was still unfamiliar in Australia.
We continue to make our brownies by hand in our Brisbane kitchen using Belgian chocolate. Each piece is individually wrapped before we arrange the brownies in our distinctive gift boxes and prepare them for their recipient.
Nearly 20 years later, that combination remains central to Dello Mano: food genuinely made by hand, presented with the care expected of an important gift.

We operate a shared kitchen where we handle a range of allergens, including but not limited to nuts, peanuts, gluten, dairy, eggs and soy. While we take care during production, we cannot guarantee that any product is free from traces of allergens. If you or the recipient has a food allergy, we advise that Dello Mano products should not be consumed.
