Where We Deliver
We deliver across Australia, including metro areas, regional centres, and rural destinations.
Brownies – Nationwide Delivery
Our signature Luxury Brownies™ are crafted for travel. Thanks to their chocolate-rich recipe and foil wrapping, they are:
- Shipped Australia-wide via express courier
- Resilient to handling and delays
- Designed to arrive beautifully — even with extra days in transit
🧊 When your brownies arrive, pop them in the fridge — they’ll stay fresh and delicious for several weeks.
We do not dispatch or deliver on weekends or public holidays.
Cakes – Local Delivery Only (Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast)
Our handmade cakes are delicate and require refrigeration, so they are available for:
- Local delivery only - Brisbane, jGold Coast and Sunshine Coast
- Brisbane : Same-day or next-day service, depending on your order time
- Order before 5pm (Monday to Friday) for Next Business Day Delivery
- Delivered door to door to maintain quality
Cakes are not available for interstate delivery at this time.
We do not deliver cakes on Sundays or public holidays. However, all of our cakes are made with real butter, premium ingredients, and handled with care so they can be delivered or picked up on Friday and safely stored in the fridge for enjoyment across the weekend.
Hampers – Nationwide Delivery
Our Luxury Hampers are carefully curated for delivery across Australia:

- Available for nationwide express courier delivery

Delivery Timeframes
We aim to dispatch your order to align with your selected delivery date. However, once a parcel is in the courier network, delays can occur.

Our Brownies Are Made for Delivery
Unlike ordinary brownies, our Luxury Brownies™ are crafted for quality, shelf life, and gifting.
They are:
- Made with Belgian chocolate and real butter
- Sealed in foil for protecting delciousness
- Fridge-stable with a natural shelf life of many weeks
- Designed to handle travel and arrive in premium condition
📦 Just refrigerate your brownies upon arrival — they’ll remain delicious and indulgent.
Planning for Special Occasions
To ensure timely delivery for birthdays or events, we recommend:
- Selecting a delivery date 1–2 business days before your occasion
- Allowing more time for rural or interstate deliveries
- Planning ahead during peak periods like Christmas or Easter
🕒 A small buffer helps ensure your gift arrives on time — even if couriers experience delays.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
All deliveries are sent with Authority to Leave (ATL) as a condition of sale. By placing an order, you agree that if no one is available to receive the parcel:
- The courier will leave it in what is deemed a safe place at the delivery address.
- If the location is not secure or the parcel is stolen, Dello Mano will not be liable for replacement or refund.
- Dello Mano cannot take responsibility for parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged once delivered with ATL.
- No re-deliveries are available under ATL conditions.
We strongly recommend providing an address where someone will be available to receive the delivery (e.g. a work address) to avoid these risks.
