Brownie Delivery:We offer nationwide delivery for our handmade brownies, with options for local pick-up in Brisbane. For detailed information on brownie delivery locations, shipping rates, and times, please visit our Brownie Delivery page.
Cake Delivery: Our cakes are available for local delivery only to Brisbane, Gold Coast, and Sunshine Coast areas. If you're ordering a cake, please ensure you're within our delivery zone. If you are in Brisbane you can use our Click & Collect option. We’ll soon have a dedicated Cake Delivery page with full details.

If you prefer to pick up your brownies or cakes in person, we offer convenient Click & Collect at our Brisbane City store and Zeneldins IGA Portside.
- Click & Collect: Place your order online and choose the Click & Collect option at checkout. You’ll receive confirmation and pickup instructions.

Please be aware that all of our products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, dairy, and ALL other allergens. While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee the absence of traces or whole amounts of these allergens in our products. For the safety of those with any allergy at all, we advise against consuming any of our products.

🍫 Brownie FAQs
How long do your brownies last?
Our brownies are best stored in the fridge, where they’ll stay fresh for weeks thanks to the generous amounts of real butter and Belgian chocolate we use — both naturally long-life ingredients. Each brownie is individually wrapped to help seal in freshness.
Because we don’t use fillers or preservatives, just premium ingredients, our fudgy brownies have a naturally long shelf life. They’re also sturdy and travel well — they can stay out of the fridge for up to 5 days, so they’re perfect for nationwide delivery. If there's a shipping delay, just pop them back in the fridge and enjoy as normal.

🎂 Cake FAQs
How should I store my cake?
All of our cakes should be kept refrigerated until you're ready to serve. However, for the best eating experience, we recommend removing the cake from the fridge about 30 minutes before your event and placing it in a cool, dry place.
This is especially important for our mud cakes (like Chocolate Milkshake, Raspberry Milkshake, and Ode to Golden Gaytime). These cakes contain a generous amount of butter, which needs time to relax at room temperature. This allows the flavour to develop and the texture to soften. If served too cold, mud cakes may seem dry.
If your cake includes chocolate decorations (such as the Brownie Jewel Box Cake), avoid leaving it out in hot weather. Use your best judgement based on the cake style and climate.
