Do you deliver brownies across Australia?

Yes, we offer nationwide brownie delivery. All orders are tracked and securely packed to arrive in perfect condition, with optional gift messages included.

What’s the best time to order brownies for interstate delivery from Brisbane?

To receive your brownies via next-day delivery to most Australian capital cities, we recommend placing your order by Noon (Mon-Fri) and your delivery will arrive next business day. Our brownies are sent via overnight air courier.

Remote or regional areas may take longer. Brownies are foil-wrapped, sealed in gift boxes, and stay fresh if refrigerated upon arrival. Occasionally a delay is unavoidable due to aircraft delays for scheduling or humanitarian reasons.

How fresh will the brownies be when they arrive?

Perfect condition! All of our brownies are handmade in Brisbane, individually foil-wrapped, and packed to order. We've been delivering brownies since 2006 so your gift will arrive in perfect condition.

Can I get same-day pickup or click & collect?

How long do Dello Mano brownies last?

Our brownies are crafted with the finest ingredients, and we take great care in ensuring that they remain as fresh and indulgent as possible. When wrapped in foil and stored in their box, Dello Mano brownies can stay fresh in the fridge for several weeks.

The secret to their lasting quality? Generous amounts of rich Belgian chocolate and real butter, which not only contribute to their luxurious taste but also help to maintain their deliciousness. Unlike mass-produced goods, we don’t use fillers or preservatives, which means our brownies retain their natural flavours and fudgy texture for much longer than you might expect.

To enjoy them at their best, we recommend refrigerating them upon arrival. For the ultimate indulgence, we suggest enjoying them at refrigeration temperature. This brings out the full depth of the chocolate and enhances the smooth, melt-in-your-mouth experience.

Even if your brownies have been in transit for a day or two, simply refrigerate them, and once they reach fridge temperature, they’ll be just as delicious as when they were first made.

The Brownies arrived unrefrigerated - is that an issue?

No, it’s not an issue! Our brownies are designed to stay fresh for several days without refrigeration. However, if they arrive unrefrigerated or have been delayed during transit, simply place them in the fridge as soon as possible to preserve their freshness.

Once refrigerated, allow the brownies to come back to room temperature before enjoying them. We recommend enjoying them at refrigerated temperature for the best flavour and texture.
