Our journey from a humble kitchen to a nationally loved handmade luxury brand.
In 2006, we started with a simple idea: to reimagine the humble Luxury Brownie™ as something extraordinary. Inspired by the artisan pastry culture of Europe and driven by a belief that handmade is the new luxury, we crafted our first batch in a borrowed kitchen at the Taringa Soccer Club.
Our Founders Expertise
With a background in food science and marketing and years of experience in the Australian food industry, Bien and I bring both expertise and passion to every handmade brownie we create. Together, we’ve helped build more than just a brownie we’ve helped spark a movement around real quality and genuine luxury
What began as a nighttime ritual, baking while our young children slept nearby, has grown into a national movement. Today, our Luxury Brownies™ are enjoyed by celebrities, luxury hotels, and loyal chocolate lovers all over Australia.
