After You Collect Your Cake
Your cake will be boxed and kept refrigerated until collection.
Once collected, keep it flat during transport and refrigerate it as soon as you arrive at your destination.
Serving guidance varies by cake. For mudcakes, allowing approximately 20–30 minutes at room temperature before serving can help bring out their texture and flavour. Follow any product-specific storage instructions provided with your cake.
