Every Dello Mano hamper can be delivered Australia-wide. Orders placed Monday to Friday within the relevant cut-off are available for next-business-day delivery to most metropolitan destinations, while regional and remote deliveries may require additional time.
We have been making, packing and sending handmade food gifts since 2006. Each hamper is prepared by our team and packed with care so that sending a thoughtful gift across distance feels straightforward and personal.

We deliver every hamper in our current collection across Australia using trusted courier services.
Most metropolitan orders placed within the relevant weekday cut-off are available for next-business-day delivery. Regional and remote destinations may require additional time because overnight services depend on courier routes and airline schedules.
Delivery timing can also be affected by the destination, seasonal courier demand and public holidays, so we recommend allowing additional time when the delivery date is especially important.

Same-Day Hamper Delivery Within 8 km of Brisbane CBD
Same-day hamper delivery is available to addresses within 8 km of Brisbane CBD.
Order by 11 am for the standard same-day service. Requests placed after 11 am may still be possible within the same 8 km delivery area, subject to courier availability and an additional courier charge.
Same-day availability may be limited during exceptionally busy seasonal periods. Please contact us by calling 1300 033 467 if your delivery is urgent.

Every Dello Mano hamper can be delivered Australia-wide, but some products require additional handling or recipient information.
Conditions
Hampers containing alcohol
Hampers containing alcohol must be purchased for and accepted by someone aged 18 or over. Proof of age may be requested by the delivery driver.
PO boxes
We cannot deliver hampers to PO boxes because a physical delivery address is required.
Hospital deliveries
We can deliver hampers to hospitals. Please provide the recipient’s full name, ward or department, contact number and any relevant delivery instructions. Hospital procedures may affect when the hamper reaches the recipient after the courier completes delivery.
Large orders
Because we make our products by hand, please allow additional notice for large orders or deliveries to multiple recipients. Early planning gives us the best opportunity to prepare the full range and complete every order carefully.
PREPARED BY OUR TEAM
How We Prepare Hampers for Delivery
We prepare and pack each hamper at Dello Mano before handing it to one of our trusted couriers. Products are arranged and secured inside the hamper, with appropriate outer packaging added for transit.
Hampers are sent using overnight courier services; they are not transported through a cold-chain service. Brownies and any other products requiring refrigeration are stored appropriately before packing.
When the hamper arrives: Refrigerate the brownies and follow the storage instructions supplied with any other applicable products.
We have been sending our handmade brownies and food gifts since 2006, and we use that experience to choose products and packing methods suited to delivery.
COLLECTION OPTION
Saturday Hamper Click & Collect
Although we do not dispatch or deliver hampers on weekends or public holidays, Saturday Click & Collect is available from Dello Mano locations, subject to current store hours and product availability.
Select Click & Collect when ordering and check the available location and collection time before completing checkout.
