When Bien and I began Dello Mano in 2006, brownies were not being presented in Australia as a substantial premium gift category. We believed a carefully made brownie could become a beautiful chocolate gift, so we created our luxury brownie gift boxes and began delivering them long before home-delivered food became commonplace.
