- If no one is available and no safe place is found, the cake will be returned, and we are unable to redeliver as the cake will be compromised. Dello Mano and the courier company can take no responisibily for a cake undelievered for this reason.

- Most Brisbane residential cake deliveries arrive before midday in non seasonal times
- Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast cake deliveries are completed by 5pm
