Christmas Raspberry Blossom — Vanilla & Raspberry Cake
Christmas Raspberry Blossom is our vanilla raspberry cake given a seasonal finish for the Christmas table. Beneath the decoration are the light vanilla sponge, raspberry cream cheese and Italian buttercream of our original Raspberry Blossom. We make it in our Brisbane kitchen for eligible local cake delivery or pickup.

Dressed for the Christmas table
We have kept the soft shape of Raspberry Blossom and changed its finish for Christmas. A half-wreath of raspberries, short rosemary tips, raspberry crumb and fine white chocolate shavings crosses one side of the pale blush cake. Much of the surface is left open, allowing the small festive details to stand out.
What’s inside
Light vanilla sponge, raspberry cream cheese filling and raspberry Italian buttercream. These are the flavours of our original Raspberry Blossom; the Christmas decoration is the seasonal change.
Served at the end of a Christmas meal, the vanilla and raspberry offer a fruit-led choice alongside the other desserts on the table.
