We roll our Belgian chocolate brownie around a generous filling of pistachio cream and fine strands of crisp kataifi pastry, then finish it with Belgian chocolate ganache. Our chef decorates each Christmas log by hand with edible moss, meringue mushrooms, hazelnuts and a handmade Merry Christmas plaque.
We make this small, rich Christmas log to order in our Brisbane kitchen. Cut into modest slices, it serves 8 people. The cake is 16cm x 13cm.

Keep refrigerated. The refrigerated shelf life is five days. Keep the box level and take it directly to refrigeration after collection.

Belgian chocolate brownie, rolled with pistachio cream
Cut into the log and you’ll find a generous pistachio cream centre inside the chocolate brownie. Fine strands of kataifi in the filling add a delicate crunch, giving each small slice a contrast of creamy pistachio and rich chocolate.
