Our 16 cm Christmas Red Velvet Cake serves 8–10. We layer soft cocoa and buttermilk cake with cream cheese frosting, then finish it with red velvet crumbs and a Belgian white chocolate “Merry Christmas” plaque.
We make the plaque by hand; it measures approximately 10 cm across.One of our chefs handwrites the greeting, so the lettering may vary slightly.

We make this cake with our familiar red velvet layers and cream cheese frosting, then give it a finish made specifically for Christmas. Red velvet crumbs frame a Belgian white chocolate plaque, with “Merry Christmas” handwritten by one of our chefs.
It is ready to bring out at your own gathering, take to a host, or send to someone you will not see at Christmas. The greeting is already part of the cake.
After the cake is cut, the handwritten plaque breaks into little pieces. The white chocolate is passed around the table while the slices are served.

Yes. You can arrange delivery or Brisbane pickup a day or two before Christmas, then keep the cake covered in the fridge until you are ready to serve it. For the best flavour and texture, enjoy it within three days of delivery or pickup. Remove it from the fridge about 20 minutes before serving.
