When Bien and I pack a new hamper, we naturally step back and look at it as a complete gift. Often, one of us simply says, “Wow, I would love to receive this.”
That is our test.
Every product must earn its place. We consider whether the flavours work together, whether the recipient will genuinely use and enjoy what is inside, and whether we would feel proud to send it ourselves.
We do not want the value of the hamper to disappear once the packaging is opened. The food itself must carry the gift.

Where Our Story Began
Handmade Brownies at the Heart of Dello Mano
We began Dello Mano in 2006 with our handmade brownies, made in small batches with Belgian chocolate and real butter. They remain at the heart of many of our hampers today.
Individually wrapped and designed to travel well, our brownies bring a distinctly Dello Mano chocolate experience to hampers created for sharing, celebrating and sending across Australia.

Every hamper in our current collection is available for delivery across Australia. Next-business-day delivery is available to most metropolitan destinations when orders are placed Monday to Friday within the relevant Brisbane-time cut-off.

Regional and remote destinations may require additional time, so we recommend ordering early when the delivery date is particularly important.
Yes. Next-business-day delivery is available to most metropolitan destinations when you order Monday to Friday within the relevant Brisbane-time cut-off. Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast orders have a 5 pm cut-off, while Sydney, Melbourne and other capital cities have a 12 noon Brisbane-time cut-off. Regional and remote delivery may take longer.
