A 180 g small-batch blend made with real Belgian dark chocolate and rich cocoa, with gentle spice and subtle chilli warmth. Makes approximately six serves.
White Chocolate Drinking Chocolate
A 180 g creamy Belgian white chocolate blend balanced with a hint of orange, soft vanilla and sea salt. Makes approximately six serves.
Milk Chocolate Rocky Road
Handmade in small batches with Belgian milk chocolate, marshmallow, fruit and roasted macadamias, then cut into naturally varied pieces.

OUR DRINKING CHOCOLATE STORY
A Chocolate Tradition We Have Carried Since the Markets
Drinking chocolate has been part of our story since our early New Farm Farmers Market days.
I would begin preparing our hot chocolate at around 2 am so it was ready for the 5 am market start. Customers queued for it, some travelling from the Gold Coast with thermoses, while others carried an extra thermos home for someone who had not made the early start.
These packaged blends are new expressions rather than the original prepared market recipe, but they continue a genuine part of our chocolate history. They also draw on my earlier years working in food and drinking-chocolate product development.
For this hamper, we paired our deeper Dark Drinking Chocolate with our softer White Chocolate Drinking Chocolate so the recipient can choose between two distinctly different cups.

Product Details
One six-piece Classic Luxury Brownie Gift Box, one 180 g Dark Drinking Chocolate, one 180 g White Chocolate Drinking Chocolate and one box of Milk Chocolate Rocky Road.
The products are presented in our striped Dello Mano hamper box with cream tissue and a complimentary personal gift message.
The selection is fixed and substitutions are not available.
For one cup, use 30 g of drinking chocolate. Add a small amount of hot water and stir until smooth. Add warm milk heated to a comfortable drinking temperature, stir well and enjoy.
Each 180 g canister makes approximately six serves.
This hamper contains nuts, soy, milk/dairy and egg.
This hamper contains several products made in our shared kitchen, where we use nuts, gluten and other allergens. Customers or recipients with allergies or dietary sensitivities are advised not to consume Dello Mano products.

Refrigerate the individually wrapped brownies.
Store the drinking chocolates in a cool, dry place and fully reseal the inner bags after opening.
Keep the Rocky Road sealed in a cool, dry place and refrigerate it during warmer conditions to protect it from melting. Allow chilled brownies and Rocky Road to soften slightly before serving if preferred.
