Inside are two contrasting Dello Mano granolas, Raspberry Vanilla Jam, crisp French-Style Galettes, Dark Drinking Chocolate and a four-piece box of our mixed Luxury Brownies. Together, they move naturally from breakfast to something warm, something buttery and a little chocolate saved for later.
We make the food in our Brisbane kitchen and arrange it in our striped Dello Mano hamper box with generous cream tissue. A complimentary personal gift message is included.

Fig & Almond Granola
Crisp golden clusters with honey, cinnamon, fig and roasted almonds. A gently fruity and nutty granola for the beginning of the morning.
Chocolate Cinnamon Granola
Toasted oats, almonds and seeds with dates, maple syrup, cinnamon and Belgian dark chocolate. The chocolate is melted through the granola, creating a deeper, richer contrast to the Fig & Almond variety.
Raspberry Vanilla Jam
A small-batch raspberry conserve with the warmth of real vanilla. Serve with toast, croissants, scones or breakfast pastries.
French-Style Galettes
Crisp, golden butter biscuits inspired by classic French baking. We created these in collaboration with our Dello Mano chef.
Dark Drinking Chocolate
A rich dark drinking chocolate made with cocoa and Belgian dark chocolate, with gentle spice and a touch of chilli warmth.

The brownies do not need to be hurried. They remain individually wrapped, ready for later in the morning, the afternoon or another day entirely.

Handmade Food Is the Gift
We have made food by hand at Dello Mano since we began the business in 2006.
Rather than filling this hamper with unrelated accessories or purchased filler products, we have centred it on food made in our own kitchen: two distinct granolas, raspberry conserve, European-inspired butter biscuits, drinking chocolate and the Belgian chocolate brownies for which we are best known.
My background in food science and flavour development informs the way the selection comes together. Fruit, toasted grains, nuts, butter, cinnamon and dark chocolate each have a place, without every product tasting alike.
The result is a considered morning gift that feels recognisably Dello Mano.

- Add 30 g (about 3 level tablespoons) of Dello Mano Drinking Chocolate to your favourite mug.
- Add a small splash of hot water and stir until the chocolate forms a smooth, glossy paste.
- Gradually pour in hot milk, stirring gently until smooth.
- Adjust the amount of milk to create your preferred richness and enjoy.
