A good cheese board is often less complicated than it looks.
We make the crackers, relish, chilli jam, finishing salt and spiced nuts. The recipient adds one or two cheeses they genuinely enjoy.
It gives them a gift that is easy to complete, while leaving the most personal choice to them.

Five Savoury Accompaniments, Each With a Job
Five savoury products, each made by us and chosen for the part it plays around cheese. Together, they create the things around the cheese without prescribing the cheese itself.
Gathered Seed & Olive Oil Crackers — 150 g
Crisp, savoury crackers made with olive oil and a generous gathering of sesame, pepitas and sunflower seeds. A sturdy, flavourful base for cheese, relishes and jam.
Beetroot & Orange Relish — 220 g
Earthy beetroot lifted with bright orange and warm spice. Rich enough for cheddar, fresh enough for goat’s cheese, and especially good with creamy cheeses.
Tomato & Chilli Jam — 220 g
A glossy savoury jam with ripe tomato, red chilli and gentle warmth. Spoon it beside brie, cheddar or a firmer cheese for a sweet-savoury contrast.
Plum & Mountain Pepper Salt — 60g
A tart plum finishing salt with aromatic mountain pepper. Use it sparingly over soft or fresh cheese, or add a light pinch to a cheese-topped cracker.
Spiced Nuts — 150 g
Maple-roasted nuts and seeds with a gentle cayenne finish. Crunchy, savoury and made for grazing between bites of cheese and crackers.

Every food product in this hamper is made by us.
We make the crackers, preserves, finishing salt and spiced nuts in our Brisbane kitchen, then bring them together and pack the hamper by hand.
Rather than assembling a box of products sourced from different makers, we have created the foods around one simple serving idea.

Brisbane next-business-day delivery is available for orders placed by 5 pm Monday–Friday. Same-day Brisbane delivery can be arranged before 11 am Monday–Friday by calling 1300 033 467.
Sydney and Melbourne orders placed by 12 noon Brisbane time Monday–Friday are for next-business-day delivery.
Regional and remote destinations may require additional business days.
Store unopened products in a cool, dark and dry pantry.
Once opened, refrigerate the Beetroot & Orange Relish and Tomato & Chilli Jam.
Keep dry products sealed after opening and follow the storage information on the individual packaging.
Please note: As our products are made in small batches, an inclusion may occasionally become unavailable. If an unavoidable substitution is required, we will replace it with a Dello Mano product of equal or greater value that complements the character of the hamper.

There is no required cheese. Brie, cheddar, goat’s cheese, fresh cheeses and firmer cheeses can all work with different accompaniments in the hamper.
