In 2007, Dello Mano set out to create something special for a family member struggling with gluten intolerance, our aunt, who had a difficult time finding high-quality, gluten-free treats. She was frustrated by the constant compromise in flavour and quality, and it was her story that inspired us to create a brownie that didn’t just taste "ok for gluten-free," but truly indulgent.
This passion led us to develop the first gluten-free brownie gift, and though we’ve evolved our name to Gluten -Friendly with changing legislation, our original recipe has remained the same. Today, we proudly offer our gluten-friendly brownies, handmade with premium Belgian chocolate and almond meal for a rich, decadent experience. While our kitchen does handle gluten, we’ve continued to craft a product that caters to those with gluten sensitivity, without sacrificing flavour or quality.
