“We first heard bour brownie described as a ‘luxury brownies’ from a national journalist,” Deborah recalls. “She paused, searching for the right words — and finally landed on that. It stuck.”

I personally pushed for our Salted Caramel Brownie,” says Deborah. “I love caramel, but gooey versions didn’t work for our product. So we developed a caramel white chocolate ganache rich, smooth, and uniquely ours.”
