Our journey toward gluten-friendly began with someone dear, a family aunt who adored food as very much part of her lifestyle. When she discovered she could no longer eat gluten, everthing she loved seemed to stop.
Watching her miss out on small moments of joy felt wrong. That moment became the seed for something new.
We began to experiment: swapping flours, re-balancing cocoa and butter, testing textures until the brownie once again tasted exactly as it should, dense, chocolate-rich, and unmistakably Dello Mano.
Our goal wasn’t to make a “different” brownie. It was to create the same experience, handmade luxury for everyone.
