Dello Mano first launched the Luxury Brownie Heart way back now  in 2007. The company itself set course in the twilight months of 2006 and although just freshly out of the blocks, it wasn't long before they were innovating again and launching the ground breaking Gluten Free Brownie.

"Not long after our business launch, we found out one of our relatives was diagnosed after 40 years with Ceoliac's Disease. Back in those days, she was forced to bring her own Gluten Free Sandwich and treat to her favourite cafe where she had been meeting and lunching with her friends for the previous 15 years" tells Deborah Peralta, co - founder of Dello Mano. " We set out to make a Gluten Free Brownie shortly thereafter, with the view to making it a no compromise at all in taste or texture. It was essential that our Gluten Free Brownie deliver the fudgy, chocolatey texture known and loved in our Classic Luxury Brownie. We included real Belgian Chocolate into our Gluten Free Brownie heart recipe and with some work created a beautiful chocolate gift " she continued.

Now some 10 years later, the Dello Mano Gluten Free Brownie is alive and doing better than ever. We pioneered the Brownie market and we pioneered the Gluten Free brownie really as a response to our family experience however as it turned out, the Gluten Free Brownie was to have a life of its own"  chimed in Bien who co-founded the business with his wife Deborah. " We have clients that always buy Gluten Free Brownies for dietary reasons and then we have clients that buy our Gluten Free brownies just because they prefer the flavour" said Bien.

Each year Dello Mano celebrates each festivity with a new Brownie Heart. " We launch Brownie Hearts, firstly to celebrate the occasion and secondly it's a chance to be creative and do something a little different" said Deb.
