Loved by many, the delicious Brownie Hearts created by Australia's Brownie Pioneers, Dello Mano have continued to evolve each year with new and creative designs. Each decadent brownie is crafted by hand using farm fresh eggs and butter and real Belgian chocolate. "We offer something different and creative with our Brownie Hearts at each celebration event though the constant is that they are always a delicious and decadent treat" says Deborah Peralta, co founder of the Brisbane based Dello Mano Brownie business.

Deborah & Bien Peralta started the Australian Brownie Revolution back in 2006. They launched their now famous Dello Mano Luxury Brownies with a then ground breaking concept of raising the humble brownie to luxury status. "It was a totally new and totally us idea - we didn't Google or look to copy anyone or anything" tells Bien. " We simply took the idea that the brownie was an ignored treat across Australia and decided that with our chocolate backgrounds we could make them very special. The idea of a brownie gift in beautiful elegant packaging was an innovation and has since spawned a whole brownie market" said Bien.

The Peralta's launched their Luxury Brownie Chocolate Gift in the summer of 2006 and with an impending Valentines Day, decided to innovate and create the Brownie Heart for Valentines Day of 2007. "We had so much heart for Brownies that it seemed like a natural extension to the idea and perfect way to share our brownie recipe as a Valentines Chocolate Gift" said Deborah.
