Dello Mano first pioneered the Australian Brownie Market in 2006. Now a decade on, they continue to lead with exciting new brownies and flavours. Carrying on a now 9 year Brownie Heart tradition, the team at  Dello Mano continue to celebrate every festive occasion with a new Luxury Brownie Heart.

"For the Christmas of 2016, we've crafted a lovely traditional heart' said Deb Peralta who co- founded Dello Mano with her husband Bien Peralta . "We started a Brownie business when no one was taking notice of Brownies and we've continued to lead the market and drive with new and interesting Brownie novelties ever since" said Deb.

Each Dello Mano Brownie Heart is hand decorated symbolising the particular festive event as well as celebrating the art of the handmade. "We first started crafting Brownie Hearts as a novelty for our first Valentines Day back in 2007" said Bien Peralta, co founder of Dello Mano. "Since then we've crafted a new and creative take on the Brownie Heart for every occasion". 

The Dello Mano Luxury Brownie is famous for its worldwide appeal having been enjoyed now by celebrities, world leaders and of course Brownie aficionados across the globe. "Brownies are our part of our family" says Bien. And with Deb's background in Multinational New Product Development with companies like Cadbury and Arnott's, there is no doubt the Brownie innovation will continue.
