Looking for something a little different this Valentines Day? Then checkout the new Valentines Day Cake, Dello Mano is offering as a sweet temptation for lovers this coming February 14th. 

Valentine Day evolved in the 18th Century to a time that lovers would express their  love by presenting flowers,confectionery and greeting cards known as "Valentines" (no Brownies or Brownie Hearts back then!).

"Cake is such an important part of all celebrations. It seemed really natural for us to develop something a little special and very pink in the form of this Valentines Day Cake" said Bien Peralta who with his wife, Deb pioneered the Australian Brownie Market. " We have always offered Brownies and Brownie Hearts for Valentines Day, but this year we thought we'd take our cake expertise and offer a special Valentines Cake to celebrate the occasion" continued Bien.

The Dello Mano Valentines cake is a light, fluffy vanilla cake, smothered in pink butter cream frosting and decorated with handmade marbled Belgian Chocolate hearts.
