White Chocolate Drinking Chocolate
Dello Mano White Chocolate Drinking Chocolate is a small-batch blend made with creamy Belgian white chocolate, balanced with a hint of orange, soft vanilla and a touch of sea salt.
Creamy and smooth, the gentle citrus note cuts through the natural sweetness of the white chocolate, while vanilla rounds the flavour and sea salt brings further balance to the cup.
Drinking chocolate has a long history at Dello Mano, from our early New Farm Farmers Market days to years of professional food product development. This 180 g blend takes that experience in a new direction, creating a softer, creamy style of drinking chocolate to prepare and enjoy at home.

Creamy Belgian white chocolate meets a hint of orange, soft vanilla and a touch of sea salt for a smooth, balanced cup.

A creamy, balanced kind of drinking chocolate
The first impression is creamy white chocolate, followed by a gentle hint of orange that cuts through the sweetness and brings a little brightness to the cup.
Soft vanilla rounds the flavour, while a touch of sea salt brings further balance.
A creamy, comforting cup with just enough citrus brightness to keep it from feeling overly sweet.
The richness of Belgian white chocolate
White chocolate brings its own kind of richness — creamy, smooth and naturally sweeter in style.
Here, a hint of orange cuts through that sweetness, soft vanilla rounds the flavour, and a touch of sea salt brings balance.
The result is a white drinking chocolate that feels creamy rather than heavy, with the Belgian white chocolate still clearly at the centre.

A new expression of our drinking chocolate story
Drinking chocolate has been part of the Dello Mano story since our early New Farm Farmers Market days.
This white chocolate blend takes that long-standing interest in a different direction. Rather than the darker, spiced drinking chocolate of those early market days, this blend centres on creamy Belgian white chocolate, with a hint of orange to cut the sweetness, soft vanilla and a touch of sea salt.
My connection with drinking chocolate also reaches back to my earlier career in food product development, where I spent years working in the category. As our kitchen has grown, new chefs have brought their own experience, ideas and perspectives to Dello Mano. That ongoing exchange continues to shape the way we develop flavour and explore new directions today.
This is a new blend, but it continues a part of the Dello Mano story that has been with us for many years — while allowing that story to keep evolving.
