Apricot, Rose & Pistachio Conserve

Available for Australia-wide delivery
Available for Click & Collect at our Brisbane locations
Sale price$15.50 AUD

We make this bright apricot conserve with orange, pistachios and a restrained hint of rosewater.

Apricot provides the generous fruit flavour, while orange zest and juice bring freshness. Pistachios add gentle texture, with rosewater sitting quietly in the background rather than overwhelming the fruit.

Enjoy it on warm toast or scones, spoon it over yoghurt and granola, or serve it alongside soft cheese.

200 g glass jar

As this conserve is handmade with natural fruit and pistachio pieces, its texture and the distribution of ingredients may vary slightly from jar to jar.

Apricot, Orange and a Quiet Hint of Rosewater

Apricot leads the flavour of this small-batch conserve. We add orange juice and zest for freshness, followed by pistachios for a gentle change in texture.

Rosewater is used with restraint. It sits quietly behind the fruit, allowing the apricot and orange to remain clear.

At a Glance

A Fruit-Led Conserve with Gentle Texture

Apricot remains at the centre, supported by fresh orange, pieces of pistachio and a restrained hint of rosewater.

Small-Batch Made

Made in considered batches in our Brisbane kitchen.

Apricot Comes First

Orange brings freshness, while rosewater remains a quiet background note.

From Breakfast to Cheese

Enjoy it with toast, yoghurt and scones, or serve it alongside soft cheese.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

How to Enjoy Our Apricot Conserve

Spoon it over warm toast, croissants or freshly baked scones. Add it to yoghurt or granola at breakfast, or serve it alongside soft, creamy cheeses.

The apricot and orange keep it fruit-led, while the pistachios add enough texture to make it particularly well suited to a simple cheese board.

Something We Noticed

A pistachio rarely stays exactly where it was placed in a jar of conserve.

One spoonful finds several; the next may find only apricot and orange. The jar is the same, but each serving is slightly different.

FROM OUR KITCHEN

Made in Our Brisbane Kitchen

We make this conserve in small batches in our Brisbane kitchen, balancing the apricot, citrus, pistachios and rosewater by taste.

Since Dello Mano began in 2006, our work has been grounded in making food by hand and paying attention to flavour. Over time, that work has grown across brownies, cakes, biscuits, preserves and other food made for giving, sharing and discovering.

This conserve belongs naturally within that wider Dello Mano kitchen: ingredient-led, thoughtfully balanced and made by people.
