The Stars are aligned this Christmas with the return of our Gingerbread Christmas Tree. Handmade Gingerbread, cut into stars of cascading sizes, drizzled with pure white icing and sprinkles of raspberry. Finished with Gold sprinkles on every branch and a little gold dusted star on top.

Our Gingerbread history is now several years in the making. Sometime back we were busy baking Christmas brownies and felt like a little treat with morning tea. We were unable to buy soft chewy fresh gingerbread.  Unable to buy it ...we started making Gingerbread people. We made them for us and then we made them for Dello Mano :). 

I know some people like their gingerbread hard and crispy but that was not for us. When we're looking for a firmer ginger product we enjoy our Gingerbread Cookies.

Following the success of the Gingerbread people the next year we also offered Gingerbread Trees and Gingerbread Houses. Each year now for many years our Gingerbread is known for its soft chewy texture and the fact that we don't add preservatives.
