NOW CLOSED : Our Brisbane City Cake and Brownie shop offers a full range of handmade cakes, brownies, birthday cakes, gift baskets, hampers and chocolate gift boxes. The store is resplendent in a vibrant show of our hand made Signature Luxury Belgian Chocolate brownies set in a warm elegant shop surrounds.
The store caters to city corporate cake needs, quality corporate gifts and office morning and afternoon tea requirements. We offer High Tea ( usually booked the day before) set with the Arcade backdrop.
Dello Mano is the Brownie pioneer of Australia. We innovated and created the Brownie gift box concept as well as our own proprietary brownie recipe way back in 2006. We were the first dedicated brownie business and the original and first Brownie shop in Brisbane city. Now with over 14 years of our brownies being enjoyed around the world it's safe to say we make the best brownies in Brisbane and as many of our testimonials say the best brownies in Australia. A majestic Art Deco arcade full of grandeur with its sculptured wall reliefs and art deco original architectural detail. You can sit and relax enjoying a brownie or a cake and enjoy the elegance of the arcade away from the city crowd. A coffee and cake at Dello Mano in the Brisbane CBD is a lovely respite from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. The store offers tables to enjoy our coffee or tea and lovely mini cakes, brownies and light savoury.

We offer our full range of Brownie gift boxes, individual luxury brownies and a range of sweets. Our cakes can also be purchased in store daily or you're welcome to order a cake ( in person, by phone or online) to be picked up at the store at your own convenience. We have a number of Click and Collect locations from which you may order our Brownies and Cakes and we will arrange to deliver there for your collection.
Catering to all your Brisbane Cake needs we offer a range of Birthday cakes, anniversary cakes, graduation of any cake required to make a perfect celebration. Specialty cakes like Wedding cakes or Engagement Cakes or Special Birthday cakes can be arranged in store - we can deliver cakes Brisbane or you can pick up at your required time in the store.
