Before placing your order,please familiarize yourself with the following important details regarding Authority to Leave (ATL), order cut-off times, delivery risks, and related policies.
All of our deliveries are made with Authority to Leave (ATL). This means you authorize the courier to leave your parcel unattended at your designated delivery address, even if no one is available to receive it. While convenient, ATL has some risks, especially for perishable goods like cakes. ATL applies to all of our products, including brownies, cakes, hampers, etc.
Once your parcel is left, Dello Mano and the courier service are not liable for any **loss, theft, damage, heat damage, spoilage, or waste**. Our products are handmade, and cakes are perishable, so we strongly recommend choosing a delivery option where someone will be available to receive the parcel. For cake deliveries, we highly recommend sending to a **work address** or a location where someone will be present to receive the item and prevent spoilage or waste.
Dello Mano and the courier service are not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please ensure that all delivery details are accurate before completing your order. If an item is sent to the wrong address due to a customer error, it **will not be retrievable**.
Dello Mano will not be responsible for any loss, additional charges, delays, or complications caused by an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase.
If you're sending a gift, ensure the recipient is aware that the delivery will arrive on the scheduled day. We recommend sending your gift to a **work address** or somewhere that someone will be available to receive it. Under ATL, if no one is available to receive the delivery, your gift will be left unattended at the premises. **Brownies** are generally fine to be left safely; however, **cakes** will spoil if left in unsuitable conditions.

Please note that **Dello Mano’s kitchen handles all major allergens**, including **nuts, peanuts, gluten, dairy**, and all other allergens. As our products are handmade in a shared kitchen environment, **cross-contamination will likely occur**.
By ordering from us, you acknowledge that our kitchen contains **these allergens**, and we cannot guarantee that any product is free of them. We strongly advise that you **or your recipient do not consume our products if you or they have any known allergies**.
