Chocolate Brioche French Toast

Had a wonderful afternoon working on the new breakfast option for Dello Mano Cafe.  French Toast made using gorgeous Brioche and oozing with our own and very delicious Dello Mano Roast Hazelnut Spread that we make by hand in our kitchen.Brioche is made with extra butter and egg so has that dreamy fluffy texture that makes this French Toast even better!

As the French Toast was removed from the pan they were rolled hot in ground cinnamon and sugar to make them that little bit more special. Needless to say we all had a great afternoon sampling and the response was overwhelmingly positive so they're on our menu beginning this weekend. Hope to see you there!
