Our decision to create a plant-based brownie came from experience, not impulse. Before founding Dello Mano, I spent years in senior food industry roles, including consulting for Australias largest Vegetarian company and researching vegetarian and vegan food trends long before they became mainstream. I’ve spoken at university forums and attended countless plant-based events, driven by a genuine empathy for this community and its values.

That understanding shaped how we approached our Vegan Brownie, not as a substitute, but as an evolution of our craft. We built this product the same way we built our brand: through care, evidence, and respect for food.
