Dello Mano brownies are long shelf-life treats. Kept in the fridge in their foil wrappers, they last many weeks. For optimal texture and flavour, we recommend enjoying at refrigeration temperature.
Currently, the Favourites Box contains our carefully selected mix of brownies. With some notice you can all our coordinator and request a special mix. Often there is a desire to include a couple of gluten friendly bronwies or vegan so we are happy to create a product for you.

We offer nationwide delivery across Australia. Brownies are carefully packed in our signature keepsake box and delivered via express or local courier depending on your location.
Yes. Brownie orders to Melbourne and Sydney are sent Express Airfreight for overnight delivery to metro areas (business days). Order by 12 Noon for next-day dispatch.
You can nominate a preferred delivery date at checkout. While we work closely with our couriers to hit your target date, please note that with airfreight there can be an issue during busy periods and they from time to time experience schdeuling issues. While this issue is not common, we advise that if you have a specific celebration day, please take brownie delivery early and store them in the fridge until you need them.
Each brownie is individually foil-wrapped for freshness. Hampers are packed in our rigid box, protected with insulation when needed, and shipped in a sturdy outer carton. Even in warmer months, your gift will arrive looking beautiful.

You have plenty of time to share these brownies. They will keep in the fridge for many months.
