Brownie Delivery

We proudly offer brownie delivery services in Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, and across Australia. • Delivery Australia Wide
• Overnight brownie delivery to capital cities for all orders placed before 2 PM the day before
• Express Same day Brownie Delivery Brisbane (turnaround 4 hours) is available, choose this option during checkout.
• Regional areas brownie delivery may take 2 days. Our brownies will be packed appropriately for the trip and should be popped in the fridge upon arrival

Brownie Click & Collect

• Click and collect brownies from our Wintergarden store. Order before 5 PM day before and we'll have the order there for you in the Wintergarden.
• Same day Click and Collect may be available if we have the stock at Wintergarden. You can call 1300 033 467 or contact us on our website chat and ask about stock at the store on the day.
• Saturday Brownie Pick up/Click & Collect is available at the Wintergarden.

Cake Delivery

• Next Day cake delivery for orders placed before 5 PM the day before.
• Orders placed on the weekend for Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast will be shipped the following Monday.
• Brisbane same day delivery for orders placed by 10 AM  (4 hour turnaround time)

Cake Click & Collect

• Click and collect cakes from our Wintergarden store. Order before 5 PM day before and we'll have the order there for you in the Wintergarden the next day.

About Delivery & Policy

To provide you with the best delivery experience, we adhere to the following schedule and policy:

1. Delivery Days: Our deliveries are made from Monday to Friday. Please note that we do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

2. Standard Delivery Hours: Our standard delivery hours are generally between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday to Friday. While we strive to deliver within this time frame, please allow for some flexibility, as unforeseen circumstances may arise during transit. We deliver by courier so it is difficult to give a tight delivery window. 

3. Delivery Address: It is recommended to have cakes delivered to an office address or a location where someone is available to receive them. This ensures that your cakes are received promptly and with care. See our note below regarding "Authority to Leave" - all of our deliveries are agreed by our customers to be sent Authority to Leave. 

4. Freshness and Protection Guaranteed: At Dello Mano, we prioritize the freshness and protection of our brownies and cakes during the delivery process. To maintain their exceptional taste, all of our cakes are delivered door-to-door, ensuring that they arrive in perfect condition. For our brownie deliveries, we take extra precautions by shipping them with cold packs, preserving their freshness every step of the way. With us, you can be confident that your treats will be as delicious as if you had just picked them up from our store.
5. "Authority to Leave" Policy: All our deliveries are made with "authority to leave." If no one is home at the time of delivery, the driver will leave the package in a safe place as deemed by the driver. If no safe place is available, the driver will return the package, and a new delivery fee will be charged for redirection. To avoid any inconvenience or added cost, we recommend sending the delivery to a work address or ensuring that the recipient will be available at the provided delivery location.
