It's been 10 years since Dello Mano ignited the spark that set off the Australian Brownie Revolution. A desire to launch a food business coupled with their courageous innovation of the once humble and forgotten about brownie has been a long journey of hard work and complete commitment. Tirelessly committed to their goal and aspirations, the Brisbane based small family business started at the New Farm Farmers Markets and later following the Brisbane floods moved into the trendy suburb of Teneriffe.
Ten years on and Dello Mano have developed a brand with a reputation for its Luxury Brownie and as a premium hand made food gift business. Fitting with its premium position and market leader status, Dello Mano has now proudly hung its shingle on a new door at the Tattersalls Arcade in the Brisbane CBD.
The Tattersalls Arcade located at 215 Queen St, just off the Queen St. Mall is a premium arcade of note not only because of its high quality tenants but also as it is a gorgeous art deco Heritage Listed building.
The Dello Mano Store offers all their delicious Luxury Brownies ( now 15 flavours), a premium colleciton of Luxury Cakes, delicious high quality cakes, tea , coffee and light savoury. Pop in and you can organise to send a Brownie or Chocolate gift anywhere in Australia or the world.
The Dello Mano store was opened officially by Brisbane Lord Mayor, Graham Quirk and the two Peralta daughters. Watch the cutting of the ribbon ceremony on this video kindly shared by Adam Pinzone.
