Yes each hamper is organised for delivery via an external courier service and will attract the fee charged by them for the hamper delivery. Order your hamper online and simply choose with delivery option you prefer.
Yes our delivery charges are offered for deliveries of less than 1.5kg to the same address in one single shipment. We are happy to quote for larger deliveries. Please call 1300 661 682
Yes you can place a large hamper order online but to save you time and trouble the best thing to do is call Bien 1300 661 682 and we'll organise to send you a Christmas Hamper order form. Simply fill in all the fields on the from and email it back to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll contact you to arrange those deliveries and collect payment.
The Christmas hampers and food gift boxes offered online cannot we are sorry to say be altered in anyway if you intend to order Christmas gifts online. Though, if you have a special requirement or want to put together a bespoke Christmas Hamper then certainly please do call us and we will organise the delivery.

A message card will be included with your Christmas food gift, if you provide a message at the time that you order your Christmas gift online. If you forget to do so simply email us firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1300 661 682 as soon as you can so that we can attempt to catch the dispatch before it leaves our building. We will do all that we can to rectify the problem.
No - we don't send prices with our gift deliveries.
We ship through external, reliable courier services. We have been in operation for 9 years and every weekday ship brownies and hampers across Australia and internationally. We are very fussy about the couriers that we use and do all that we can to ensure that our deliveries are made safe and sound. There are the odd times however when it is out of our control as the couriers are external to us and we experience a delivery issue. Be certain though that If there are problems with a delivery of your gift , then we will always work to solve the problem with the courier company. We organise delivery Monday to Friday in normal business hours.
We apologise that we cannot organise delivery on Public Holidays or weekends.
Christmas food gift and hamper deliveries are very busy,so please book as early as you can to try and avoid any delays.
In terms of Christmas Hampers and Christmas Food Gifts we handcraft all of our produce so the sooner the order is placed the better. We do have food gift offers up until Christmas however if place your order early you are more likely to avoid disappointment.
To avoid Christmas delays with your food gifts, we suggest sending your international Christmas food gifts in November. We can of course ship in December pending availability of Christmas food gifts however it does get more difficult for the freighters to get the gifts there on time.
We continue to organise delivering Christmas Gifts through couriers across Australia until 22 December however cannot stress enough how much easier it is to organise your Christmas brownies and food gifts and hampers well in advance of this date.
Our deliveries are oganised by external courier services. We do all we can to work with the couriers to manage deliveries according to their specified turn around times.
Deliveries Australia/ Interstate
If ordered before 11am then deliveries to all Australian Capital Cities will occur the next working day - this can be delayed by the courier services as Christmas gets closer - however our experience is that the vast majority meet this turnaround time.
If ordered before noon then deliveres across Brisbane CBD will occur the next working day.
If you require something urgently and call before noon then we can often delivery on the same day - please just call and ask. 1300 661 682
Sorry we cant specify an exact delivery date for your Christmas gifts or hampers. The Delivery Date you choose when you buy hampers online will be the day that we ship the gift ie. we will dispatch that day.
Please if you can book early both Christmas food gifts and hampers however of course we are always here to help so just call us and we will do all we can to help with last minute gift ideas and dispatches.
We recommend shipping brownie gifts as the fastest and simplest option to your international gift recipient.
Sorry but we do not ship hampers containing bottles of alcohol or glass products. Our recommended exportable options are labelled with an "export badge" in our online Christmas store to assist you with your Christmas Food Gift and hamper shopping.
