What came first the person or the egg- Gingerbread that is... ?

Many years ago now, we were out and purchased a Gingerbread Man. I was so disappointed with the quality of the Gingerbread and recall thinking what a disappointment such a treat would be for a young ( or older ) kid. So, we developed a soft, chewy, delicious Gingerbread person. One that young and old would appreciate as slow real food, made using small batches of gingerbread and carefully decorated by real people. All the quality that comes with Dello Mano.

Thanks to its delicious and outstanding quality, our Gingerbread has over the years morphed from a person into our traditional Christmas Gingerbread people, houses and even Gingerbread Star Trees. Not wanting to wait till Christmas our Gingerbread people are available year-round. 

This Easter we launched the Easter Gingerbread Egg. We launched this Easter Egg early and have had amazing success. Everyone loves Gingerbread and who can resist it when it's a Gingerbread Egg?
