Today we're making Raspberry Milkshake cakes. We'll start the morning making the white mud cake and then decorate once they've cooled. The handmade white chocolate petals will be made early morning ready to add final touches to the the decorated cakes. It's a great cake, lovely vanilla buttery flavour cake nicely offset by the raspberries. The handmade meringues do really make for a special treat.
