Covid

 Shops around the nation are forced to closure as out of supplies impact coupled with staff absent due to illness. Daily Covid cases have risen significantly in the last few days. Some of the growth attributed to reporting via rapid testing. Queensland today has over 100K active Covid Cases.

In the Kitchen

Today we're making Raspberry Milkshake cakes. We'll start the morning making the white mud cake and then decorate once they've cooled. The handmade white chocolate petals will be made early morning ready to add final touches to the  the decorated cakes. It's a great cake, lovely vanilla buttery flavour cake nicely offset by the raspberries. The handmade meringues do really make for a special treat.

In Brisbane

The PGA Championship begins tomorrow in Brisbane at the Royal Queensland Golf Club. You may recall Dello Mano Luxury Brownie Gift Boxes were presented as welcome gifts to all PGA officials. Hope that sweet treat powers everyone up for a wonderful tournament!

Last night we made Jamie Oliver's Milk Chicken recipe. Always delivers a really tender and very tasty chicken dinner. Great recipe for busy mums and working couples.
