Spring and the start of all the blooms! Enjoying my geranium purchased from the wonderful nursery of Darryl Mappin in West End Brisbane. Several years ago and now many, many luxury brownies later, I developed the concept for Sanitarium Wholefood Kitchen in Eagle St. Brisbane. Worked with Daryl to install the first cafe kitchen garden in the city. Lemon trees are all still looking great although a lemon doesn't sit on the tree for too long:)

Developing a tea menu for our cafe. Been going back over photos and couldn't help but admire the tea counter at Fortnum & Mason in London. Choices..choices.

Planning Dello Mano Rib menu for this Friday night. Marinated ribs finished with Dello Mano chocolate infused BBQ sauce. Something different! Thought we'd go the whole way and top them off with a roasted potato , sour cream and a fresh slaw. Great dessert range including our brownie sundae.
