Frequently Asked Questions – Visiting Dello Mano
Yes, all Dello Mano stores and partner locations welcome walk-ins. Each location carries a range of brownies, cakes, and gifts ready to take home. Stock available on the day until sold out.
Our owned stores (Wintergarden, West End) carry the full Dello Mano range daily. Stockists like Frog & Toad and Zeneldins carry a curated selection, but you can Click & Collect any product to those locations when ordering online.
Simply place your order online and choose your preferred pickup location at checkout. We’ll notify you when it’s ready
As a general rule, order by 5pm Monday- Friday for next business day + Saturday click and collect.
If you are in a hurry call 1300 033 467 and if stock is available at our own stores then we will turn the order around fast for you.
Larger Cakes (24cm) and hampers will generally always require ordering before 5pm for next business day + Saturday pick up.
Yes, our brownies and many of our cakes are beautifully packaged and travel-ready, perfect as souvenirs or gifts to take home. Just keep them refrigerated on arrival.
