Delivery Authority to Leave Agreement

A reminder that our deliveries are automatically agreed with you to be sent with your "authority to leave".  By agreeing to the terms of the agreeing to the Terms and Conditions you have given us approval to have "authority to leave". This means if no one is home your brownie delivery or cake delivery will be left in a place the courier driver deems to be safe. If no safe place is available or deemed suitable, the driver will return the parcel to us. An additional fee for delivery and product  will be charged if the parcel is returned to us. To avoid disappointment we recommend sending to a work address or for you to be very sure someone will be home to receive the delivery.
