Did you know macadamias are native to Australia, first growing in the subtropical rainforests of southeast Queensland and northern New South Wales? Indigenous Australians were the original harvesters, enjoying the nut for its rich flavour and high nutrition long before it became a global delicacy.
Today, Australia is still recognised as the birthplace of the macadamia and one of the world’s leading producers. By caramelising these buttery local nuts with honey, we celebrate an Australian native ingredient while giving it the Dello Mano touch of modern handmade luxury.

Founder’s Note
When we first created our Honey Caramelised Macadamia Brownie, we needed a nut topping that was truly special. We began caramelising Australian macadamias in golden honey for the brownie base, and they were so loved that customers kept asking to buy them on their own.
That’s how this little stand-alone pack was born, a way to enjoy the same crisp, golden macadamias that go into our brownies. Many of our regulars still purchase them together: a box of brownies and a pack of macadamias, the perfect match of soft, fudgy chocolate and sweet, crunchy nuts.
