We created  Dello Mano from scratch and in doing so pioneered the Australian Brownie market. Our entrepreneurial  idea was original our brownie recipe, the elegant presentation & packaging and the concept of Luxury Brownies as a gift. All the originality fuels great excitement however the reality is also that as we forged new territory and carved a market of premium gift brownies there are a many number of hurdles to overcome.
