To preserve quality and ensure safe handling, our cakes require personal delivery. A person must be available to receive the cake at the delivery address.
If no one is present and no safe place can be found, your order will be returned. This product is non-refundable if delivery fails. Unfortunately we cannot redeliver.

ATL stands for "Authority to Leave", which means the courier is authorised to leave your order at the delivery address without a signature if no one is home.

- Brisbane City office cake deliveries are usually made before 9 :30am - always tell us on your order if the cake is for morning tea so we can prioritise
- Most Brisbane residential cake deliveries arrive before midday in non seasonal times
- Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast cake deliveries are completed by 5pm
