Passionfruit Vanilla Teacake

This Passionfruit Vanilla Teacake is handmade using White Chocolate. It is a White chooclate mud cake bursting with delicate passionfruit flavour with a backdrop of vanilla and butter. It's frosted with White Chocolate ganache, and swirled with delightful handmade passionfruit syrup. 

This cake is a small cake suitable for 4 =6 serves ( 13cm)

This is perfect for work at home treat, a small birthday cake, or a morning tea cake.

Cake Care:

This cake is made with fresh real butter and should be removed from the fridge 20-30 minutes before enjoying. Allowing the cake to settle out of the fridge opens up the butter and provides the optimum cake flavour and texture.
