We started Dello Mano after working in the larger food industry, where long production runs often meant consistency at scale. Those companies serve their own valuable purpose. But Deborah and Bien dreamed of something else.

“We loved food,” Deborah says. “And we wanted to do something that celebrated real food. We believed that it was individual care that made food different—and that people would ultimately move toward the taste, texture, and heart of something truly made with love.”

So we chose small batch from the start—and even when the business grew, we stayed. Because to us, that’s where the flavour lives.
