At Dello Mano we hand craft all of our delicious Belgian Chocolates and Chocolate products to order. Please try and give us as much advance notice -we appreciate a minimum 48 hours advance notice to ensure availability of product, freshness and quality.

If for some reason  however  you are short of time and require our services please call to discuss your requirements and we will do all we can to meet your needs.

Our Dello Mano Catering Terms and Conditions

• A credit card number to secure the booking
• Accounts are to be finalised by cash or credit card on the event day (or prior)
• A cancellation fee of 25% applies in the event of a cancellation within 2 days of a confirmed event.
• All prices on our price list include gst
• A tax invoice will be provided to you per your order details
• Delivery fee applies to all orders under $100 (mon to sat)
• Orders over $100 attract free delivery in Newstead, New Farm, Hamilton , Ascot and Brisbane City Central. Please call us for a delivery quote to all other areas.
• All catering orders will be confirmed the day prior to the event   
• WE CANNOT GUARANTEE any product availability if the order is placed within 2 days before the event - we will of course discuss availability at the time of booking
• Final numbers should be settled 2 days before the event - the final number confirmed will be the number catered for and the number charged for.
• Menu is subject to change depending on product availability without notice.
