Dello Mano creatively expresses our essence –of the hand. Translation of the Italian words is not literal. Dello Mano is about the translation of the magic. The creativity, the humanity. We are about beautiful food created by our own hands using recipes that emphasize delicate flavours and exquisite ingredients. Dello Mano is a luxurious food both in taste and presentation. We provide a truly unique chocolate experience targeted at the discerning client who values our hand made quality in taste and derives pleasure in the elegance of presentation.
Our Produce
• Our specialty is the  Luxury Belgian  Chocolate Brownie
• Other popular varieties - Caramelised honey Macadamia Nut, Espresso Walnut, Double Ginger & Orange peel, Rosewater, Christmas Pudding,   Gluten Free.
• We only use fine Belgian chocolate couverture in our produce.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia and the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Queensland, Australia.

SEVERABILITY
Any provision (in part or whole) of these Terms of Use held to be unenforceable, invalid or illegal for any reason will be severed from these Terms of Use and will not invalidate the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use.

REFUND POLICY STATEMENTS

Sender is Dello Mano’s Client who is sending Dello Mano produce
Recipient is the party receiving the Dello Mano Produce

Where produce does not arrive in good /consumable condition, the sender or Recipient is to advise Dello Mano of the circumstances that surrounded the delivery and the quality  issues within 24 hours * of delivery  being made – ph 1300 661 682, 
Mobile 0414 539 349,  contactus@dellomano.com.au .  Upon satisfactory validation of the circumstances by Dello Mano with client advice and transport company, Dello Mano may elect to either send replacement produce * *  of similar value or refund the cost of the produce to the client within 30 days.   
Refunds or replacement is at the total discretion of Dello Mano
*Replacement stock or refunds will not apply where Dello Mano is advised beyond a 24 hour period after Delivery of Dello Mano Produce.
** The variety of replacement produce is dependent on available stock. Replacement stock will be despatched when feasible.
Dello Mano does not accept responsibility for errors and or delays created by any parties or contractors Dello Mano engages to deliver its produce. For further details on our refund policy, please contact Dello Mano

DELIVERY
Sender is Dello Mano’s Client who is sending Dello Mano produce
Recipient is the party receiving the Dello Mano Produce
 
We deliver to most major Australian capital cities and some major regional Queensland centres. Please contact Dello Mano to confirm our Delivery Network Domestically.

We do not deliver on weekends 

We deliver produce using a network of courier systems or Australia Post Overnight Express mail.

Local Brisbane Deliveries-
We will use our best endeavours to process orders received by 7.30am on the same business day   with every effort being made to achieve same day delivery. Same day delivery is not guaranteed. Orders received after 7.30am will be dispatched on the next business day.  Deliveries are also subject to the terms and conditions of the party engaged to Deliver Dello Mano Produce

Regional Queensland and interstate Deliveries 
We will use our best endeavours to process orders received by 10.00am on the same business day with every effort being made to achieve overnight delivery. Overnight Delivery service is not guaranteed . Orders received after 10.00am will be dispatched on the next business day.  Deliveries are also subject to the terms and conditions of the party engaged to Deliver Dello Mano Produce

Authority to Leave
Where the sender grants Dello Mano an Authority to leave the parcel at the destination without a recipient signature if the recipient is not available or not present, the sender must nominate a location where the parcel can be safely left (eg Reception or front door). The sender accepts responsibility for any loss (eg Theft, damage, delayed delivery) incurred during this method of delivery. Dello Mano, all parties, and contractors associated with the delivery do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage which results from this Authority to leave delivery method.

Delivery Charges
Metropolitan Brisbane/Brisbane Suburbs   $15.00 Including GST
Intrastate Qld and Major Capital Cities within Dello Mano Carriers Delivery Network
  $20.00 Including GST
Transport and handling charges are subject to change without notice.

Where Delivery is not possible-
Where circumstances do not allow the delivery of Dello Mano Produce within the
parameters requested and already paid for  by the customer , Dello Mano will refund
the full amount paid by the customer and no more,  within 7 days of the order being
received by Dello Mano. 

 
CONSUMER DATA POLICY
All information that Dello Mano receives from users is used exclusively by Dello Mano to provide the user with a requested customer service. No information is sold or otherwise distributed to anyone outside of the Dello Mano organization for any reason.

THIRD PARTIES
Where you click-through to one of our affiliate websites, Dello Mano may receive a marketing fee from the affiliate for the introduction.
