Our Dello Mano version of a traditional Ginger Snap Cookie - These great tasting hand made cookies are baked in small batches and have a sugar coated slightly crispy outer texture with an almost chewy centre and delicious spicy flavor. These cookies are perfect with a cup of tea or a glass of milk. These are my dad's favorite!
