Le Salon du Chocolate -  New York, November 2007     This is an annual festival designed purely to celebrate chocolate and something truly special for the lover of chocolate.  There are many number of activities, demonstrations, tastings, exhibitions and  opportunities to shop and learn more about delightful chocolate.  Expect to see chocolate fashion, sculpture and art as well as an anitque collection of "teapots"  used exclusively for hot chocolate.
