Perhaps last month's sobering news that Australia has edged past the US to become the world's fattest nation will get more people thinking about what they eat. Sarah Frith, of Farm Fresh Central, has certainly had her thinking cap on recently. She has just launched a fruit and vegetabble package which builds on the "Go for 2 & 5" healthy eating campaign launched by the federal and state gevernments in 2005.
